Founded in January 2026 by a Family Nurse Practitioner with over 20 years of experience in primary care, PLEX treatments, addiction therapy, and more, our practice was built to bridge the gap between hospital visits and home recovery. We aim to reduce hospital readmissions, provide comprehensive post-accident care, and ensure patients feel supported every step of the way.
As a small, practitioner-owned clinic, we understand the barriers that can make healthcare feel complicated, like transportation challenges, fear of hospitals, or navigating insurance claims. That’s why we provide services for primary care, chronic disease management, auto injuries, workers’ compensation claims, wellness exams, school physicals, and COVID/flu/strep testing, all under one roof.
